The Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation has hired Rebecca Schneider as administrative assistant, marking an exciting milestone as the seventh member of the organization’s rapidly growing team.
A native of Olean, Schneider brings a strong background in communication and community-focused work. A 2025 graduate of St. Bonaventure University, she finished with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with a concentration on social justice and advocacy, and minors in marketing and environmental studies.
In her new role, Schneider will support CRCF’s daily operations and assist in advancing the Foundation’s mission to enhance the quality of life across the region through philanthropy, grantmaking and community engagement.
“Rebecca’s well-rounded skillset make her a great addition to our team,” said Kirk Windus, CRCF executive director. “As we continue to grow, bringing on talented individuals like Rebecca allows us to better serve our donors, partners and communities we support.”
Schneider’s addition reflects CRCF’s ongoing growth and commitment to expanding its capacity to meet the evolving needs of the region.
