Cattaraugus Gives, led by the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation, will return this year on Giving Tuesday, December 1, to support Cattaraugus County nonprofit organizations.

The high-energy fundraising event invites 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Cattaraugus County and CRCF funds to collaborate, compete and raise critical dollars for their missions.
In 2025, Cattaraugus Gives reached new heights, with 100 participating organizations raising a record-breaking $372,816 throughout the day – the highest total in the initiative’s history. Since launching in 2018, more than $2.2 million has been raised for nonprofit missions.
In addition to donations, nonprofits compete for cash prizes throughout the event. In 2025, CRCF set another milestone by awarding more than $29,000 in bonus prizes, further boosting the impact of local campaigns.
“Each year, Cattaraugus Gives reminds me just how generous our community is,” said Cattaraugus Gives coordinator Tyler Veno. “We’re excited to build on last year’s momentum in 2026 and help even more nonprofits tell their stories and inspire more giving. We can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together this year.”
To help nonprofits make the most of their campaign, CRCF will offer four training workshops in October, breaking down key data, marketing insights and trends from the 2025 giving day.
“Switching to the workshop model allowed me to have more one-on-one time with our nonprofit leaders,” continued Veno. “One of the biggest differences we saw last year was how prepared our nonprofits were to tell their stories online. It was delightful to see how thoughtful planning and storytelling turned into real support.”
